After A Viewing
If you are selling through an estate agent make sure the agent contacts the viewers and gets feedback from them about the house after the viewing. They are much more likely to be honest about feedback to an estate agent than to you, the homeowner. Feedback is really useful as it will give you an idea as to whether the asking price is about right or not and whether there are things about the property you can alter to convert your potential buyers into your actual buyers.
If you are selling your property privately it may be a little harder to get honest feedback from viewers as they will not want to say anything about your home that may offend you. However, by all means ask them for feedback, perhaps by making a phone call to them a day or two after the viewing, once they have had a chance to think about the property.
